By using this website, you agree to our Privacy Policy listed below.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

Along with our business and internal computer systems, this website is designed to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR).   2. Personal information that this website collects and why
  2.1. Visitor Analytics
We use Visitor Analytics to track visitors on our website. Visitor Analytics is a simple website analytics service which measures the traffic and visitors' general details of the customers' websites. Collecting these statistics, a website can make their visitors' experience better (e.g. which pages they visit and when, where they are approximately located, where does a user land first or if they are coming from a specific referral). As a website owner using Visitor Analytics, we are using cookies to collect data about visitors' device type and screen size, approximate location, browser, OS, IPs, page visits, bounce rate, conversions and popular content on the website. All this data is pseudonymized and Visitor Analytics will never use the collected data to identify individual users or to match it with additional information on an individual user. Each visitor has control over the cookies placement: You can control and/or delete cookies as you wish by checking your browser settings on each device - for details, see For further information, please check Visitor Analytics’ Terms Of Use and Cookie Information.
  2.2 News
Should you choose to add a comment or a like to any news that we have published on our news section, the name and email address you enter with your comment and/or like will be saved to this website’s database, along with your computer’s IP address and the time and date that you submitted the comment. This information is only used to identify you as a contributor to the comment and like section of the respective news post and is not passed on to any third party data processor. Only your name will be shown on the public-facing website although if the supplied email address is linked to a Gravatar account, your Gravatar photo will also be displayed. Your comment and/or like and it’s associated personal data will remain on this site until we see fit to either 1.) remove the comment or 2.) remove the blog post. Should you wish to have the comment and it’s associated personal data deleted, please email us here using the email address that you commented with.
2.3 Contact forms and email links
Should you choose to contact us using the contact forms on our website or an email link like this one, none of the data that you supply will be stored by this website or passed to / be processed by any third party data processor. Instead the data will be collated into an email and sent to us over the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). Our own SMTP servers are protected by TLS (sometimes known as SSL) meaning that the email content is encrypted using SHA-2, 256-bit cryptography before being sent across the internet. The email content is then decrypted by our local computers and devices. However, not all mail servers are secured in such a way. Therefore, we would suggest that you always consider email as an insecure medium and not include personal, confidential or otherwise sensitive information within an email.
  2.4 Email newsletter
If you choose to join our email newsletter, the email address that you submit to us will be forwarded to MailChimp who provides us with email marketing services. We consider MailChimp to be a third party data processor (see section 5). The email address that you submit will not be stored within this website’s own database but instead, your email address will remain within MailChimp’s database for as long as we continue to use MailChimp’s services for email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via email. When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list. While your email address remains within the MailChimp database, you will receive periodic (approximately one per month) newsletter-style emails from us.
