Lucas Arceo graduated with a M.Sc. in Actuarial Science from Boston University and is currently a certified actuary by the Superintendency of Companies, Securities and Insurance of Ecuador, with the number SCVS-118776908-23-15. His professional experience relates to technical reserve models under Peruvian and Ecuadorian regulations, pricing models, reinsurance modelling, and the design of statistical-actuarial projections for decision-making. Previously, he worked as an actuary for Mapfre Ecuador and EY Peru. He was also part of the Actuarial Division of Pacifico Seguros and Crecer Seguros in Peru.
